Need latest drivers and BIOS update for HP Pavilion G4 with AMD A4-3305M

Hello, I need help to download the latest drivers (the last version) and BIOS update for HP Pavilion G4 with AMD A4-3305M for my brother. He ask me to help install Windows 10 on it and it installed successfully but I can not get the graphic driver (I find the last version for AMD A4-3305M from AMD website) to function. It installed them without any errors or warnings, but when I check the display driver in dxdiag it only show Microsoft Basic Display Driver. I've tried to uninstall the display driver and reinstall but no result at all.  I've tried both Radeon Crimson Edition 16.2.1 Beta and Catalyst Software Suite 15.7.1 WHQL but none is working (they are installing like there is no problem but nothing happened after that). So it down to me that maybe I need to install the latest BIOS update, so I try to find it in HP support page but it say no drivers available to download. Please help me and my brother.

Support for the model series has been retired since it is more than 10 years old which is why you can't find any drivers for it.

In order to try and help you I would need to know the full model number or product number of your HP G4 notebook.

The product number listed next to the system SKU line indicates that you have a  HP Pavilion g4-1311au Notebook PC.

This was the last BIOS update HP released for your notebook (F.6D).

HP has retired support for the model series since it is more than 10 years old.
