Is your concern that you bought a laptop from a reseller who sold it as NEW but you suspect it is USED?

 

Sorry, but there is no real way to determine that, as there are refurbishing companies that can retrofit a used laptop to make it look like it is brand new.

 

If there are obvious signs of wear or age on the laptop, like scratches, you will have to take that up with where you bought it.
