Hello,

I inherited a new never used HP Pavilion 17-F136DS notebook and had to replace the battery. At first I wasn't able to insert the new battery properly and it was stuck when I tried to release it so I could start over. I finally got it out but I had to apply a little more force on the battery latch that releases the battery. In doing so, latch broke. I had to use a screw driver to slide to the left to accept the new battery which it worked. The laptop powers up find and charges fine as well. Does anyone know where I can buy a replacement latch? I went on eBay, checked Google but I wasn't able to find anything. I tried to put original one back but the clip that holds it in place is broken. Thanks for your help.

u can purchase it from the local authorised hp store or from the hp store
