I have had issues with my HP laptop such as it being very slow, and not having enough storage. I have tried multiple times to upgrade my windows in settings but it says that I don't have enough disk space and i also tried resetting my PC to start over, but they both say that i need over 2GB more to continue. I have tried checking my storage and most of it is window files that i cant delete. Everything else is apps that I cant uninstall because they were already on my PC when i got it. So what I am saying is that my PC constantly needs me to save space and delete files, but there is nothing to delete. I have already tried saving storage by deleting apps and files i previously had. All i have now is the chrome app installed and i use websites on it. So, i don't have anything to get rid of. I also dont want to buy more storage with money. Is there a way to maybe reset my PC without needing more space?????

Hi:
Here are two suggestions you can try:
1. Use the Windows disk cleanup utility and when the program opens, click on the Cleanup system files button on the lower left side of the window.
The app will launch again and when it opens, check all of the boxes to delete the files there.
You may find a few gigabytes of old windows update files that can be deleted.
2. Install the free Wise disk cleaner app.
Wise Disk Cleaner - Free Disk Cleanup and Defrag Tool (wisecleaner.com)
I use the app weekly to get rid of junk files.
You can check the box to automatically include the Advanced cleaner on the right side of the program window.
That usually gets rid of several hundred MB of junk files.
Then move on to the 'System Slimming' option and delete the files they have automatically checked for you.
