Product: HP ProBook 455 15.6 inch G9 Notebook PC (4S0R3AV)

I suddenly had issues with loading the Netlfix page, white page with no images but only text. I deleted the cookies, rebooted Internet and several times my laptop.
Now I get the welcome page but I cannot type into the login boxes to enter my email and password.
Netlfix works on the same Internet network on my phone and on my husband laptop so Netflix assistance won't help me with this.
