HP 14-cf2000 Laptop PC (552L9AV)

Hello,
I am trying to connect my two monitors via my Dell WD19 Dock and to my new  HP Stream 14 and it doesn't recognize any displays. No monitors detected.  I've updated the firmware and BIOs still no luck.  Any help here?

What is your machine ? The series ONLY has 2 machines, one of them is

            HP Laptop 14-cf2111wm

Your machine has same ports.  It only has 1 hopeless SuperSpeed USB Type-C® 5Gbps signaling rate port which does NOT support Alt mode nor Power Delivery. You can NOT use it to

  • Charge your machine,
  • Connect to an external monitor with/without hub/dock/adapter

If you wish to connect 2 external monitors (only-total 3), you can use

  • Monitor 1: HDMI direct cable,
  • Monitor 2: Using a Displaylink Certified USB-A to HDMI adapter such as

                                     USB to HDMI Adapter

Other option (USB-A dock) :   https://support.hp.com/au-en/document/c05357751
