I recently just purchased a replacement battery as my old one just gave out on me. The computer turns on but the battery will not charge it says 0%. I have tried running hp support battery report, the windows shell report, the component test through the boot menu all systems tell me the battery is fine & operational. I tested the AC & it passed with flying colors just to double check I used a separate AC rated the same as the voltage for the battery came out the same way no charge. I’ve deleted the battery drivers & reinstalled them to no prevail.
Any new ideas?

ps: I know it’s old but she was still working like a charm up until this battery issue.
