Product: office
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 in S Mode

I am unable to use office because it says ERROR not connected to Microsoft Account. I know this came with my laptop, I just  don't know how to go back and fix it. I have 4 days to do so or I lose it??? Please help.  Generation gap!  Where do I look for codes to get this through. Were they on the box, most numbers scuffed off. I thought I had created the Microsoft Account when I first opened the laptop. Thank you!

Please talk with Microsoft because as you say  "I had created the Microsoft Account when I first opened the laptop" Most likely it is a TRIAL version and you have to pay Microsoft to get it going after trial period.
