NEW in September has NEVER been very fast.  It would not recognize my camera, SD card ect.  Have had stuff done over the phone, has been sent in.  Got back a  month ago.  There was absolutely NO communication.  My important info was suppose to be saved in the cloud, they said they did it for me thru remote.  ??   Now they tell me today they replaced  the hard drive, the cloud should be there, but it is not.  Now it continually shuts down my web sites.  Mail, social media, ect, anything and everything.

This, they say is a softwear problem and they want to charge me to fix it????   Does this make sense?

@twingramma2,

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

If you are unfamiliar with how the Community's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.

Thank you for visiting the HP Support Community.
