I just bought this laptop two days ago. I hadn't even finished setting it up when I realized that bitlocker had been deployed on my machine. I didn't deploy it. I looked online and saw that this has happened to others. I presume it occurred during a bios update supervised by the support assistant app. (I say presume because others in the same situation also had a bios or other major update) So, what is the recommended action? I have seen "fixes" that , essentially, amount to a complete reinstall. Im wondering if anyone has found another way to salvage the situation. Thanks
