Hey guys! I am new here and i have a problem with my new notebook. It has the Ryzen 5 5500U with 16GB RAM. I want to increase the VRAM but there is no advanced option in the bios. I´ve read a lot about it and tried most ways possible but nothing worked. Then i though, that maybe its because of the bios version and so i tried to update it but it´s not possible. I neither can update it manually, nor with the HP assisstent tool. It tells me not compatible even if it is from the official website and for my device. And in the bios or recovery there is not bios flash option either...
So as much as i understand it, HP just locked everything related to the bios advanced and updates...maybe someone can help me please? 512MB of VRAM is not enough sadly...
I put a screenshot of some device date on here. Maybe this will help.
