I recently bought my laptop about 1 week ago. As soon as I got the laptop I noticed I didn't like using Windows 11 so I bought Window 10 Home installation media and installed windows 10 on my laptop instead. I performed a clean install so all my drivers was lost. To download my drivers I attempted to go to the HP website but there is no drivers avaiable for my device for Windows 10 so none of them work. I ended up using third party software "Snappy Driver Installation" to get all generic drivers for my laptop however now I have multiple issues.
The drivers I have are generic and not for this specific model. They don't work as intended such as Audio Realtek Driver using one of the listed driver gives me the correct audio but introduces a popping sound from time to time whenever I adjust volume and just generally using windows. Using the a different listed driver (SST) Version removes the popping sound but plays audio at around 50% volume. My laptop seems to be performing quite strange as well with my fans constantly running at max speeds even though I've changed all settings to prevent this such as BIOS & Advanced power plan settings in Windows. Something must be wrong with these drivers. I assume most of the drivers I am using are not allowing my hardware to work as intended.
Can I please be provided with all the drivers for the device for my windows 10 version?
