Product: Omen 15-ek0015tx

I have bought the new omen ek0015tx recently and at first the omen command center had comfort mode and normal mode. After updating OmenCC the comfort mode disappeared. Now I only have normal mode but HP support says that my model is comfort mode and performance mode compatible.

On the OMEN 15-ek00xxx product, with new version OMEN Command Center, there is new feature for fan speed manual control (set the preferred fan speed range), so comfort mode was cancelled.
