Hello
My computer randomly 'ran into a problem and needed to restart'. When it did and i entered my PIN, the device couldn't load into the desktop. I tried restarting it a few times but with no success. Then I looked up some solutions on Google and followed the steps but it also didn't work. Some site suggested to make a System Restore from Safe Mode so I did but after that my computer went into and infinite 'your device ran into a problem and needs to restart' loop. Found a video on YouTube saying to rename some files in config and them copy some from RegBack, but there are no files in my RegBack 😞 I don't know what to do now. Please help
