Of course, I installed newest Synaptics firmware.
 
I've window reset twice, but same.

Welcome to the HP Support Community. 

 

To better assist you - May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.

 

While you respond to that, try these steps -

 

The "Additional Settings" are located on the right side of the screen on the "Settings" page. 

 

Here's another way to access the "Additional Settings" - 

 

1) In the search box, type and open "Control Panel". 

2) Search for "Mouse" in the Control Panel's search box located on the top right corner of the screen.

Of course I know these ways.

But I can't find settings tab.

Thanks for replying. Please try testing the Hardware - 

 

1) Shutdown the computer. 
2) Turn the computer back on again and repeatedly tap on the ESC until a Startup menu appears. 
3) Press F2 once. 
4) Go to Component test. 
5) From the list, run the touchpad test. 

 

If the test passes, I'd suggest try re-installing the operating system using the Media Creation Tool.
