Hi:

Your notebook comes with a 64 GB eMMC flash storage drive.

Most likely the drive has failed.

Since the 64 GB eMMC drive is an integral part of the motherboard, in order to replace the drive, you would have to replace the motherboard.

My recommendation would be to cut your losses and buy a PC with a standard M.2 2280 NVMe SSD so that if the drive happens to fail, you can replace it.

However, if you want to try and replace the system board, below is the user guides link which has the service manual.

HP 14 Laptop PC Maintenance and Service Guide

The replacement motherboard can be found in chapter 3, page 18.

Intel Celeron N4000 processor, models with 64 GB eMMC memory L23235-601

You could also replace it with the motherboard that comes with a M.2 2280 SATA SSD slot:

Intel Celeron N4000 processor L23234-601

Then you can buy a M.2 SATA SSD.
