Hey everybody,
I didn't really know where to put this question so I thought this one was the one closed to my issue.
I have an HP Elitebook 8560w and running windows 7 Pro.
With that said since 2 days no drivers are installing, if I put a mouse in it just says in device manager other devices with exclamation marks next to it.
I really cant work like this because I am using my laptop sort of like a desktop and second screen so I really need my external devices. Mostly my mouse and keyboard.
Besides that ifI want to connect bluetooth devices the same issue occurs.
Greetings Paul.

Hello Paul,
If you have just done a recovery back to factory and reinstalled Windows 7 with the HP recovery Media, it would be best to update the drivers from the HP website, not Lenovo. I do not know why an HP Employee sent you that link.
The HP drivers will be designed for the specific hardware of your system. That could be why its not recognizing properly in the properties tab.
IF you continue to have trouble with the Bluetooth card...
First you need to determine which Bluetooth card is in your system. The downloads page shows its either Broadcom or Qualcomm. You can find this out in the Device Manager for Network adapters. I would uninstall the Lenovo driver and install the appropriate driver based on what you find in the Device Manager. Just type Device Manager in the Search bar and choose it from the list.
Qualcomm driver sp64259.exe
Broadcom 2070 driver sp52773.exe
If you cannot uninstall the other driver, you can always revert back to a restore point prior to installing it.

I have done a system recovery and fixed my mouse and keyboard.
though I am still having the issue with bluetooth devices, as this is not very important/vital for me it is very annoying I can't use/connect to bluetooth devices.
Greetings Paul.

I have installed the software and indeed right now the main problem is solved, it is now just finding drivers as it needs to be.
Though I in particular want to play music on my bluetooth speaker.
When I turn it on they connect and it is okay.
But I can't find it in playback devices in my audio. If I go to the tab services of the speaker I see listen to music as a button.
If i push this button just nothing happens.
Greetings Paul
Thanks in advance
You already helped me with the main problem so thanks for that!

So I downloadeed the broadcom drivers and guess what it worked.
I now can turn the speaker on and go to devices push connect and I can listen to audio on my PC.
Thanks both for looking for the solution on such a short notice!
