HP Envy 17"

I am doing a factory reset on an HP Envy to get it ready for a new user.  During the set up process I am not receiving the option to set up as a Business/Organizational account. After setting up the network it goes straight to add an account, but it wants to set up a personal account. It will not accept work email addresses, I do not want to us my personal account/phone number and I can not create a new account with the new user's phone number since she is in another state.  How to I get the laptop set up as a Business/Organization account?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I was able to do this by completing the initial set up with no internet.  Without internet I was able to set the laptop up under the user's name and not add/create a MS account.  Once the set up was completed, I was able to connect to the internet, go to accounts, Email & accounts, and add a work or school account.  This way I was able to add the device to our organization, where before it just added the account but didn't connect the device to our organization.  All working as needed now.

I don't know what are you trying to do but all HP Envy machines are not business class machines.
