Product: Laptop - gh98e96t
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I didn’t know which category. I have hp 15 in notebook . When I try to open an app or play a game on windows store it won’t install because it cannot find any recognize device. When I go to my Microsoft accounts it is listed under devices but when I go to hit install on a game it’s blocked off and when I try to install on devices none show up. I’ve done every fix I can find 

-Microsoft update, store reset, checked email and account only have one. I’ve used powershell I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled. I’ve checked every YouTube video and all offer same 3 steps please help

Is at a free app ? I don't know which game requires to access your device. Is it a safe game ?
