Hello,

 

I Have purchased a new HP laptop, and gave my old on for trade in more than a month ago.

I received an email on the 8th of november that the HP technicians had received the device, and that I'd be informed about my cashback reward "within 3 weeks of receiving the device".

 

It has now been 3 weeks and I still have no emails or any other form of contact from HP.

I'd like to know the status of my claim (which hasnt been updated in the claim tracking page) and also the way to contact the right people directly.
