Yes, Omen Command Centre is one part of your machine BUT you are talking about GAMES, do you have an account.
You must activate a Game Stream account on your OMEN PC and download the OMEN Command Center app from the Microsoft Store onto another Windows 10 PC with these minimum requirements: OS: Windows 10 (Fall Creators Update or later), CPU: Intel® CoreTM i5 processor (5th Generation or later), GPU: Intel® HD 4000 / NVIDIA® 8000 series / AMD® 2000 series or better with latest graphics drivers, Memory: 4GB DDR3. Minimum upload and download speed of10 Mbps at 5GHz is required.
Please also note: Game Stream is currently available on new OMEN models only. Backwards compatibility for older models is coming soon.
Regards.

From your posted image, you are looking at Game Stream.section. The OCC main menu should look like
Your machine may NOT have Performance icon. One more thing, OCC on your machine is only version 6.2.3.0and on my machine is 8.2.4.0 . Please use Windows Store to install newer version of OCC.
Regards.
