Hi @Sandz18,

If your HP Rechargeable MPP 2.0 Tilt Pen is not working with your HP Pro x360 435 13.3 inch G10 Notebook PC running on Microsoft Windows 11, here are a few steps you can follow to troubleshoot and resolve the issue:

  1. Charge the Pen:

    • Ensure that the pen is fully charged. Slide the top connector of the pen up and charge it using the included USB-C charging cable.
    • Check the LED indicator for the charging status:
      • Lights orange: Charging
      • Solid white: Fully charged
      • Flashing orange: Low battery
  2. Check Compatibility:

    • Make sure that your device is compatible with the HP Rechargeable MPP 2.0 Tilt Pen. Compatibility might need verification through HP's official compatibility chart or documents.
  3. Pen Contact:

    • Ensure that the pen tip is properly contacting the screen.
    • Replace the pen tip if necessary by pulling out the current tip and inserting a new one into the correct position.

  1. Software and Drivers Update:

    • Verify that your Windows 11 has the latest updates installed.
    • Check for any firmware or driver updates specific to the pen in the HP Support Assistant.
    • Ensure that the HP Pen Control app is installed from the Microsoft Store to assign pen button functions.
  2. Test the Pen:

    • Open an application that supports pen input, such as Microsoft Paint or OneNote, to test the pen functionality.
    • Check for pen pressure and tilt detection by applying different levels of pressure.
  3. Pen Function Customization:

    • Use the "HP Pen Control" application installed from the Microsoft Store to customize the functionality of the pen buttons.
