Norton Security is blocking Activehealth.exe. Is there any known virus using active health? Anyone else having this issue?
Thanks

Hi! @GrumpOldTimer, Thanks for stopping by HP forums!
I understand that Norton Security is blocking HP Activehealth.exe program.
Don't worry I will try to help you out.
Please try few steps recommended below to unblock the program.
It should be added that Norton Product Tamper Protection is only blocking the program from accessing Norton files and processes. It is not blocking it from accessing the internet. You can ignore this entry in your Norton History log, as it does not affect the ability of HP active health to operate normally.
Open Norton antivirus protection, Go to the settings tab, Click program rules select HP active health from the list and click allow.
Click apply and close the window.
Let me know if this works!
Have a great day!
