Norton through HP

hp pavilion dv6 notebook
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I bought norton security package and when I went to download it, I received an error stating my computer is not compatible because I have window 7.  When calling norton to try to get a refund i was told I had to contact HP as that is who I ordered it through.  I have tried numerous times to chat with someone to get my money back to no avail.  I have called an waited.  Does anyone have any sugesstions who I can email to get this done?
