HP EliteBook 840 G5 Base Model Notebook PC

HI everyone, I'm having the problem as in the screenshot, my device is not managed by any organization and this is my own laptop, i tried many many methods that i found online from, CMD strings to  group policy , registry editor, services ect ect but still with no luck.

It's getting frustrating that i can find nothing online for this sole problem.

Any help will be much appreciated!

@E1997

As indicated, you have to ask YOUR IT Department, nothing we can do about that. I worked for an organization before, they blocked everything including USB ports.

Regards,
