Not able to download drivers

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

I want to install a fresh Windows to my Notebook, but I'm not able to download drivers for it. If I enter my serial number, it loads endlessly. I tried this for five days in total, but never worked.

 

Help appreciated 🙂

You should be able to use the drivers from this model, which also has an AMD processor and chipset...

can I use the BIOS files from this model, too?

Hi:

 

I believe you can.  The BIOS file should be good for all 15s-Eq1000 models with the AMD processors.

 

Download and install the HP support assistant software.

 

See if it finds any drivers or BIOS updates for your notebook.
