it says sent a verification code but when I check my email account, I do not have one. It is the right email address and yes I checked all folders.

  1. Wait a few minutes – Sometimes, there can be a delay in receiving the verification code. Give it at least 5–10 minutes.
  2. Check spam/junk folders – Even though you’ve already checked, try searching your inbox using keywords like “verification code” or “HP.”
  3. Ensure your email is active – Try sending yourself an email or logging into another device to confirm that your email account is working properly.
  4. Request a new code – If possible, try resending the verification code. Sometimes, the first request may not go through.
  5. Use a different network – If you’re on a restricted or corporate network, try switching to mobile data or another Wi-Fi connection.
  6. Check for typos in the email address – Even a small mistake can prevent the code from arriving. If needed, try re-entering the email.
