@76milkman, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding verification code!
We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.
I understand how frustrating that can be! Let's go through some quick steps to fix this:
- Wait a few minutes – Sometimes, there can be a delay in receiving the verification code. Give it at least 5–10 minutes.
- Check spam/junk folders – Even though you’ve already checked, try searching your inbox using keywords like “verification code” or “HP.”
- Ensure your email is active – Try sending yourself an email or logging into another device to confirm that your email account is working properly.
- Request a new code – If possible, try resending the verification code. Sometimes, the first request may not go through.
- Use a different network – If you’re on a restricted or corporate network, try switching to mobile data or another Wi-Fi connection.
- Check for typos in the email address – Even a small mistake can prevent the code from arriving. If needed, try re-entering the email.
If the issue persists, I can guide you further. By the way, may I know which HP unit you are referring to?
Take care, and have an amazing day!
