I'm using OMEN 15-dc0117tx model notebook.
I asked one weeks ago, some drivers not upoloaded in HP support website.
But, Not answer about that.
This time, not installed "HP System Information" in Windows 10 19H1 Home x64.
that driver trying install using Microsft Store.
I think, if hp released special brand, for example omen, listen more consumer voice and more work for support.
But, HP just listen consumer voice, not work for support after sell notebook.
Are you think about consumer's mind when purchase expensive notebook?
Consumer want more special support and fast response.
I never say after this time, but you lost HP special consumer.
If these problem solve more fast, I still purchase OMEN series, include monitor and mouse, etc.
HP must re-think about now policy for advanced and special consumer.

Install updates using HP Support Assistant
- In the search box, type, and open HP Support Assistant.
- Check for updates.
- If the updates are available, click on install and restart the computer.
