Purchased new HP laptop 15-bw024na today.  On setup it requested my email password but would not recognise it. I therefore attempted to change password verify my identity. I have tried to do this but haven’t received a verification code.

Congratulations on your purchase of the HP Notebook - 15-bw024na. I understand that you attempted to change the password in order to verify your identity. But not have received a verification code. I'll do my best to assist you with this case.

 

I suggest you to follow the steps from the Windows troubleshooter guide. These steps help you to unlock the account systematically.
