I can't see my battery age of my hp pavillion on the hp support assist app. Anyone else experiencing this issue. Can anyone help me please? The battery module of the app shows this Battery Page showing Everything but the Battery's age.

Hi @Pranav-PC1,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
It sounds like the HP Support Assistant app isn't showing the battery age for your HP Pavilion x360 14-inch 2-in-1 laptop, which can be frustrating when you're trying to monitor battery health. This could happen due to several reasons, and there are steps you can try to resolve it.
Update HP Support Assistant:
- Ensure you have the latest version of HP Support Assistant installed. Sometimes, older versions may not display all the necessary information. You can download the latest version from HP’s official website.
Check BIOS Version:
- Sometimes, missing battery information is related to outdated BIOS. Update your BIOS by visiting the HP website and searching for the latest version specific to your laptop model.
Reinstall Battery Drivers:
- Uninstall the ACPI-Control Method Battery drivers via Device Manager and restart your laptop. Windows will reinstall the drivers automatically after the restart.
- Right-click the Start menu > Device Manager > Batteries > Uninstall the ACPI-Control Method Battery driver.
Use HP Diagnostics:
- If the HP Support Assistant isn't showing battery age, you can try using HP PC Hardware Diagnostics Windows:
- Download the tool from here, then run a battery test to see more detailed information about your battery's health and possibly its age.
Battery Report in Windows:
- Windows can generate a detailed battery report:
- Open Command Prompt (Admin) and type powercfg /batteryreport, then press Enter.
- The report will be saved in your C:\Users[YourUsername] folder. You can open this HTML file to view detailed information, including the age and health of the battery.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
