Hello! From the very beginning, Light Studio does not work, does not see the laptop on the diagram.

Also found no solution on this support page. I have no LightStudioHelper job in Task Scheduler:

Resetting the app didn't help either.

 

I have read all the forums and reviews, nowhere is there a specific solution to the problem, so I am writing here.
