Victus by HP 15.6 inch Gaming Laptop 15-fb0000 (598U9AV)

I am having a microphone and webcam issue on my Victus by HP 15.6-inch Gaming Laptop 15-fb0000 running Windows 11 Home Single Language 24H2 (OS Build 26100.9550).

The built-in Microphone Array (AMD Audio Device) is detected correctly in Windows, but the microphone input level remains at 0% and the microphone test does not detect any voice. The same issue occurs with an external USB webcam microphone.

I have already tried:
- Checking Windows microphone privacy permissions
- Setting the Microphone Array as the default input device
- Disabling and re-enabling the microphone
- Restarting Windows Audio and Windows Audio Endpoint Builder
- Reinstalling/re-enumerating the microphone device
- Installing the HP Realtek audio driver
- Checking AMD Audio Device and AMD Audio CoProcessor
- Disabling audio enhancements/Voice Clarity
- Clean boot
- Testing with a new Windows user account
- Windows Update repair reinstall
- HP Support Assistant and Windows optional driver updates
- DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth, which completed successfully
- HP UEFI hardware microphone test, which PASSed

The built-in webcam is also intermittently appearing/disappearing. An external USB webcam is detected, and its microphone appears as "Microphone (HD audio)", but its microphone input also remains at 0%.

The main issue is that Windows detects the microphone devices but receives no microphone signal. Please advise whether there is a known AMD ACP/DMIC, firmware, BIOS, or driver issue for this Victus model and whether there is an HP-supported driver or firmware package that can resolve it.

I am also experiencing an intermittent issue with the camera.

The built-in HP Wide Vision HD Camera sometimes works and sometimes disappears from Windows. At times, the Camera app shows an error indicating that no camera is attached, even though the camera is listed in Device Manager.

For the external webcam, the USB Composite Device contains both:
- HD camera
- HD audio (microphone)

The external webcam microphone is detected as "Microphone (HD audio)" and Windows reports that the device is working properly, but its microphone input also remains at 0%.

I would like to know whether the microphone and intermittent camera issues could be related to the AMD audio/ACP, chipset, firmware, USB, or BIOS components on this Victus model, and whether HP has a recommended driver or firmware package for this issue.
