 Notebook HP 250 15,6" G10 (780Q6AV) Předmět: Chyba stahování ovladače z webových stránek HP (HP Vážená podpora HP, mám problémy se stahováním ovladačů pro svůj notebook HP z oficiálních stránek HP. Mám vestavěný HP Support Assistant a mohu si přes něj stáhnout *některé* ovladače. Když se však pokusím stáhnout ovladače identifikované jako potřebné pro můj konkrétní model notebooku na webu HP (poté, co web identifikuje můj notebook), stahování se nezdaří. V oznamovací oblasti Windows 11 Home (v pravém dolním rohu obrazovky) se zobrazuje ikona červeného křížku. Chybová zpráva spojená s touto ikonou uvádí: "HP Download Assistant, stahování se nezdařilo". Zdá se, že web společnosti HP blokuje stahování těchto ovladačů. Mohli byste prosím uvést důvod, proč dochází k tomuto selhání stahování?  2. Marně hledám váš bios a nebo software pro ochranu přebíjení baterie, jak je to běžné u jiných typů notebooku

Subject: Driver Download Error from HP Website

Dear HP Support,

I am having trouble downloading the driver for my HP notebook from the official HP website. I have the built-in HP Support Assistant, and I can download some drivers from the website through it. However, when I try to download the drivers identified as necessary for my notebook, a red cross icon appears in the notification area of Windows 11 Home (in the lower right corner of the screen). The error message associated with this icon says: "HP Download Assistant, download failed." I have left the task of identifying the necessary drivers to be done automatically through your website.  

 

Another issue is that I decided to remove the built-in battery from this notebook and run it permanently using the power adapter. The reason for this is that this notebook does not have an option in the BIOS to set an upper limit for charging, and therefore it does not support preventing overcharging of the battery. I searched forums in vain for a way to set an upper charging limit above 80%, even with the help of third-party software. I had hoped to download such software from the official website for my notebook model. I eventually solved this issue by connecting a 3-volt coin cell battery, and I can provide a photograph of the connection point to any interested parties.
