Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Previous when I was playing CSGo my CPU temp reached 90 C, however, there was no significant increase in the speed of CPU fan. My ideal CPU temp is in between high 40's to mid 50's with a fan speed of 2186 rpm and 217 rpm and GPU temp is in high 40's. It there any way to change the fan curve or to increase the fan speed manually. PS I have tried third party solutions like MSI AfterBurner, Speed fan and HWinFO64. But none are allowing to change the fan speed

Let us know the Windows 10 version and check for a BIOS update.
