My laptop which is a HP pavilion fell down a few days ago ...but it was working perfectly fine,..but yesterday nothing was displaying on the screen...I have been able to.fix the 3<FO> hard disk error...it has rebooted successfully but still nothing is being displayed on the screen ...kindly assist on what could be the issue

To assist better:

  • May I have the exact name of the model of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
