I have already completed the following:

- updating and uninstalling drivers and reboot

- updated Intel drivers - 2 new installed

- updated BIOS 

- completed a OS refresh as per Microsoft tier 2 tech support

 

Did not solve!

 

The HP Online Assistant & Support says all drivers are up-to-date????? And searching Google only provided very confusing options 

 

Please kindly help 🙂

First install the Intel chipset installation utility and restart the ZPC.

 

That should install most of those devices.

Intel Dynamic Platform and Thermal Framework Driver

 

PCI device:  Realtek SD card reader

That was a typo.  I meant to write PC.  I must have hit the Z key along with the shift key.

 

Here is the driver you need for that PCI device:

I have one other issue (not driver related) that I'm trying to solve that I haven't been able to get a proper solution to. Do you want me to create another post for that?

I recommend that you start a new post if the problem you are having is not driver related.
