I am unable to update my graphic card driver for Geforce 820M on my notebook HP15-R033tx
I am on windows 10 v2004 x64 and the current nvidia driver on my notebook is v391.35, but the official nvidia site recommends v425.31. when i try to manually update the driver it says "driver is unable to find compatible hardware". I am unable to understand what the problem is. i also contacted nvidia and their response suggested me that the problem is with the OEM of the notebook and not with their hardware or software.
I am unable to use software which uses gpu rendering like adobe lightroom classic cc 2019, i have to disable gpu acceleration to have it working. Although other gpu reliant applications like games are working fine for now.
If their site shows me that their driver version 425.31 supports geforce 820M then why i am unable to update to that version?
please help me to find a closure to this situation, thank you.

@Hemantsingh117 Welcome to HP Community!
I understand that you are facing driver update issue.
I suggest you download and run the HP Support Assistant from this Link: https://www8.hp.com/us/en/campaigns/hpsupportassistant/hpsupport.html?jumpid=va_r602_us/en/any/psg/p...
HPSA will automatically search for all the latest drivers for your Notebook
- Click My devices in the top menu, and then click Updates in the My PC or My notebook pane.
- Click Check for updates and messages to scan for new updates.
- Review the list of updates. Updates with a yellow information icon are recommended. Updates with a blue information icon are optional.
- Click the update name for a description, version number, and file size.
- Select the box next to any updates you want to install, and then click Download and install.
Also ensure Windows is up to date
Select the Start button, and then go to Settings > Update & security > Windows Update , and select Check for updates. If Windows Update says your device is up to date, you have all the updates that are currently available
