Hey everyone,

I need help, since I bought my laptop Nvidia panel has never opened. I tried many ways to make it works but always failed.

So if someone can help me, I would be very grateful

p.s unlike other peoples, it does not show me any issue, it just doesn't open

Thanks for the answers

Hi @Ably

Welcome to the HP Support Community. From what I have understood you are not able to open NVIDIA Control Panel on your PC. Do not worry, I am here to help you with it.

If you can't open NVIDIA Control Panel on your PC, the problem might be your drivers. They could be out of date, and that causes various errors to appear. To fix the issue, it's advised that you update your NVIDIA drivers.

I would suggest you please follow the steps shared in the link here and let me know the outcome of it.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

Hii,

Sorry for the late answer

Yes, I still need assistance and yes all my drivers are up-to-date.

My main issue is that the Nvidia panel control does not show any issue or something like that

it just does not open

unknown.pngI noticed this thing and I unstalled it and then click on "detects hardware changes" to reinstall it but it didn't work

And again sorry for the late answer

have a nice day 😄

Thanks for your response.

Could you confirm if you have updated the Windows on your system? If not, I would suggest you update the Windows and check if the issue persists. Select Start > Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update , and then select Check for updates. If updates are available, install them.

If the above step doesn't work, follow the steps below:

1) First of all we need to download a program dedicated to removing completely any track of the drivers named:
Display Drivers Uninstaller DDU,
If you can please restart your PC and enter Safe Mode. Steps to boot into Safe mode.

2) After the system Restart, follow this link to download the latest Nvidia drivers, remember to choose the correct card details.

3) Install the drivers using CUSTOM install, and select Perform a Clean Installation,

4) When finished, restart the system after checking, if the problem is solved.

Let me know.
