Sorry that nothing I suggested worked for you.
You will probably have to use that recovery drive to factory reset the notebook when it is convenient for you to do so.
Unfortunately, I don't have any other suggestions for you to try to fix the problem without resetting the PC.

Hey Paul. I have not tested one method, uninstalling the audio driver, restart and then install the latest version. If I use this method, will there be no issues after I reinstall? Want to test this and then give up hope on that software.
