OMEN by HP Laptop 15-dc0xxx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP can't help me, no support, no one, I still make a ticket until someone hears me, so once I download drivers from the official site where my laptop drivers are, I get this message promptly: AMD drivers , by the way, seriously?
I left pictures, I reinstalled windows, I deleted everything, and still do not manage to make me a bit of OMEN to give me performance control, besides support and tickets, called at HP Romania nobody can solve this laptop garbage , it is heating continuously, since the update 2 months ago the fan can not turn on and burn my laptop, not even use other applications is needed that OMEN?!?!?

Honestly I would ask for money back but the return period passed, I did not understand why people return them, now I give them justice from all points of view, from the screen with white dots, weak hinges, soft dust and problems of heating all the cutlery. , is full of problems and there is no point in making lists here.

the second worst choice after the wife, hahaha

What EXACTLY is your Omen 15-dc0xxx ? Your machine may be at a lower end and you can't have Performance Control at all. Please read

Where did you download the sp98588.exe from ?

when I bought it I had performance control and after many useless updates  it's  disappeared, it's the 2019 version, I understand that this is how the company goes to make money, we burn laptops like anyway they buy others, clearly write on the official website that it has the task of control included in my version, many people have problems with the OMEN application, is it difficult to make an update? Or at least leave it as it was before, it doesn't even look exactly at all cpu / gpu

sp98588 is downloaded from the link received from 3 HP employees and support, it is a software problem and I put my hand in the fire as it is from the fault application

1, Firstly the link for SP could be the wrong one, you do not supply where therefore I can't confirm it.

2. You also do not supply what is your machine.  Please use the following instructions to find out the model/product of your machine:

    https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03754824

Please do NOT post its Serial number (s/n).

Note: Only please read

     https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c05387497

which says

note:
Performance Control is only available on certain computer models. Refer to the OMEN Command Center features table in this document to see if this feature is available on your computer.

It is taken from the official site and says that it installs AMD drivers, what I mean by that, I gave a search on the page on the microsoft and look what I find, four  other people with the same problem, the same date and update- The wonderful thing is, we get money back if the CPU breaks after over 100 degrees Celsius???
