Firstly, your machine may have lower specs therefore no more Performance setup option. My machine which is running version 9.2.6.0 (same as yours) and still gets Performance

Secondary: Version 9.2.6.0 is the latest one (I updated 2 mins ago). But if you wish to try again please run wsreset.exe from Run command first.
