Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I downloaded what it tells to download and also tried to download it from the official driver list for my device from HP.

The OS as well as all the drivers are up to date.

I tried to uninstall OMEN Command Center and download it again from the Microsoft Store.
Other programs such as HWiNFO64, AIDA64 etc. show all the temperatures without any issues.

Hi, could you please click APP "Feedback" and choose "Automatically attach my log files", send the log files to OMEN Command Center support mail, they will check what's the problem.

Usually you can click the pop message "here" to update drivers, or run Windows update to make it update to date, make sure all drivers have been upgraded to latest version. If still fail, there might be some servers error in your system.
