Hi,
as the screenshot shows, even while an internet connection and therefore IP adresses exist, the Command Center shows no adresses and shows the no internet connection exists.
Does anybody has a solution for this? I already deinstalled an reinstalled the Command Center.
Asking greetings

@Auge
Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.
I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the issue:
Firstly, let's run the BIOS default:
- Turn off the computer and wait five seconds.
- Press the Power button to start the computer and repeatedly press the F10 key to enter the BIOS setup menu.
- On the BIOS Setup screen, press F9 to select and load the BIOS Setup Default settings.
- Press F10 to Save and Exit.
- Use the arrow keys to select Yes, then press Enter when asked Exit Saving Changes?
- Follow the prompts to restart your computer.
Next: You can update/reinstall the Omen controller using the below links:
System Event Utility: https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp91501-92000/sp91504.exe
OMEN Command Center: https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp95501-96000/sp95690.exe this should fix the issue,
Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.

Hi,
in the meantime I've tried what you wrote and installed the HP OMEN Command Center again … but to no avail.
Any other suggestions? BTW, I'm using the HP Port Replicator to attach my two monitors and other devices as the Ethernet connection, too.
Sighing greetings

The OMEN Command Center has definitiv a problem when the Ethernet cable is not connected to the notebook directly but in the port replicator. I removed the cable from the port replicator and connected it to the Ethernet socket of my OMEN notebook. And what a surprise the command center found instantly the internet connection.
So that is a major bug within the software (and don't say no because I'm a software engineer for over 30 years). Windows knows that there is an Ethernet cable connected to the port replicator and that there is a connection to the internet by it. But of course not the OMEN Command Center.
Head shaking greetings

I am glad to know that you managed to resolve the issue.
How about a wireless connection? are you able to use the HP omen command centre without any issue while using command centre?
Please reach out again for any further assistance.
Have a nice day ahead.
