Product: OMEN 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-b0000 (2W6B5AV)

Updated OMEN Gaming Hub to latest version V.1101.2301.2.0 and after can't access Performance Control. It said I need to update, so I clicked on update but the download status just stuck at 1% eventhough I have good internet connection.
Same issues with Undervolting, Lightning, etc.

Enabled Intel Virtualization and disable all VBS options possible and still nothing works

I have same problem on my Omen 25L - OMEN Gaming Hub is version V.1101.2301.2.0 and can't access Performance Control. It said I need to update, so I clicked on update but the download status just stuck at 1% 

I have got all latest windows updates and installed latest bios. It just won't update or let me control the fans.

Lucky for me I have a Dell which isn't overheating!
