OMEN by HP Laptop 15-ce0xx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Recently my laptop kept on showing the Plugged in, not charging message, I would uninstall the microsoft ACPI-Compliant Control Method Battery driver, pull out the battery, put it back in and restart, that would fix the issue for about a day before it shows the not charging message again. I thought I might have damaged my charger, but when I pulled the battery I can use the laptop with the charge plugged in. I would just buy a new charger & battery but can't seem to find the ones I need in the HP store.

No you cannot. It has to be a 19.5 volt output. The voltage must be the same as is required and have the proper fitting of course.

*EDIT* It's not a time thing, The plugged in not charging message will show up after I fully charge my laptop once. The only solution now is to not let the laptop charge fully.
