every time i tried to restore the computer i get this error code OXFFEEO13

That is an invalid error code -- they are eight characters after the "0x" and you provided only seven characters.

 

In addition, we are not able to provide debugging assistance with Windows errors.  You would need to go online and Google the valid code to see what steps can be done.
