Hello, this Monday, I was obliged to Format my pc so the fixer installed a cracked windows version in my pc, I asked a wizard in Microsoft and he asked me to contact H support to find out how to get the original version of the pc

Is it possible to get back the version of windows I got, when I bought my pc (2years and half ago)

You can make a USB recovery drive with the HP cloud recovery tool, which will create a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall Windows, the drivers and the software that originally came with your notebook.

 

Here is an info link for how to use the utility.  You will need a 32 GB USB flash drive to create the recovery media with.

You can download the software from the Microsoft Store.

If you have to use the utility on another PC, you will need to enter the notebook's product number in the tool's search window in order to proceed to make the recovery media.
