I can't activate my Office 365 subscription. When I try to open a document it says my offer has expired. I ordered the computer and received it 4 months later. I didn't have a need to use Office until a few months later. I have tried contacting customer support but have not been able to get any response. I paid for a year subscription but have not been able to use it.

What is your machine ? Normally Office 365 on new machines is a TRIAL version, you can only use it for around 30 days. You have to pay Microsoft to get a key for 1 year or more depending on your money.
