Product: 15q-ds1001TU
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

On my laptop it says it includes Office Home and Student. But it's not mentioned how to activate it. Can someone please help me activate it?

I got my laptop today. Same issue.Not able to activate Office Home and student. It looks like the product key does not support the same. Did you get a resolution.

To BOTH of you  -- the version of Office that comes preloaded on HP PCs is a trial version, and since that expires, it does NOT activate.

IF you are trying activate that version, you will not succeed.

Second, if you believe that you purchased Office included with your HP PC, then you will have to contact HP Customer Support directly because we here can not assist you in that activation.
