Hi @Lalo410,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

I understand you want to install Office. Here’s how to install Microsoft Office on your HP Notebook running Windows 11:

1. Check Your License

  • If you purchased Office or have a subscription (Microsoft 365), sign in with that account.
  • If you don’t have a license, you can buy one from the Microsoft Store.

2. Download Office

  1. Go to Setup Office - Office 365 Redemption.
  2. Sign in with your Microsoft account.
  3. Enter your product key (if you have one).
  4. Click Install Office → choose Microsoft 365 Apps or your version.

3. Install Office

  • Run the downloaded installer.
  • Follow on-screen instructions.
  • Stay connected to the internet during installation.

4. Activate Office

  • After installation, open any Office app (Word, Excel).
  • Sign in with your Microsoft account to activate.

Common Issues & Fixes

  • Error during install? Run Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant.
  • Slow download? Temporarily disable antivirus/firewall.
  • No product key? You can use the free web versions at Office.com.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have an amazing day!
